Moderation: The avowed enthusiast told the Today show that she’s lost weight by learning to eat smaller portions: “Really, for the first time in my life, I’m trying moderation, and I love it.”
The actress, who loves sharing recipes with her fans, told This day: ‘I will never stop being an enthusiast. I will never be someone who can eat spinach and salmon every day,” explained the actor. “I’m just really for the first time in my life, trying restraint, and I love it.”
