Baked broccoli cheese balls

π™„π™£π™œπ™§π™šπ™™π™žπ™šπ™£π™©π™¨:
Broccoli – 10 to 12 florets
Onion – 1 small (finely chopped)
Egg – 1 (beaten)
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Paprika powder – 1 tsp
Garlic powder – 1 tsp
Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Bread crumbs – 2/3 cup
Grated cheese – 1/2 cup
Oil – 1 tbsp

β€œπ‘Άπ’‰ π‘Ύπ’π’˜β€ π‘Ήπ’†π’„π’Šπ’‘π’†:⁣

1. Boil water in a pan and add the broccoli florets into it. Let it boil for 2 mins and drain them. Finely chop the cooked broccoli.

2. In a mixing bowl, add the chopped broccoli, onion, egg, salt, paprika, garlic and pepper powder, bread crumbs, grated cheese, little oil and mix them well.

3. Shape the mixture into small balls and place them on a greased baking tray. Bake them in a preheated oven at 200 deg celcius for 15 to 20 mins or until golden brown.
